Meet Stella – The ‘Sugar Daddy Caddy’
Stella is a 2014 Cadillac CTS-V Pro Mod. We named my race car after my Nanny Stella, who never had a driver’s license or drove a car in her life. I figured 3,000 horsepower was a good place to start!
Did you know Stella means “star”? Nanny Stella was always my star.
Every time I fire Stella up, I carry a little piece of Nanny with me. Now she gets to shine on the racetrack, too.
What all those levers actually do.
Fans always ask. So I took a camera into my office and walked through every switch, pedal, and lever, from the trans brake to the mag to the parachute lever I don’t actually use. Then I took you down the track. Filmed a few seasons back, still the best explanation you’ll get of what’s happening in a Pro Mod.
